At Gift Hair, we strive to deliver your wigs, extensions, accessories, and hair care products promptly and securely. Below are the details of our shipping process:
- Local Shipping (Ghana): We offer standard shipping within Ghana via trusted couriers such as DHL Ghana and Ghana Post. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 3-5 business days. Shipping costs start at GHS 20, depending on the weight and destination.
- International Shipping: We ship worldwide using international couriers like DHL, FedEx, and UPS. Delivery times vary by destination, typically ranging from 5-10 business days. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order weight and destination country.
- Free Shipping: Free standard shipping is available on orders over GHS 5000 within Ghana. For international orders, free shipping may apply on orders over USD 1000 (or equivalent), subject to specific terms at checkout.
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Customs and Duties: For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Gift Hair purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received, with tags and hygiene seals intact (for wigs and extensions).
- Eligible Items: Wigs, extensions, and accessories are eligible for return if they meet the above conditions. Hair care products (e.g., shampoos, conditioners) are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, email us at support@gifthair.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., for a different color or length), please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item. We’ll process the exchange once the original item is received and inspected.
- Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover return shipping costs and issue a full refund.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made wigs, used products, or items without original packaging or hygiene seals are not eligible for return or exchange.
